Dubai Modern

This tour focuses on the modern neighborhoods that have been built out of the desert sand in the last 15 years in one of the fastest growing cities on earth. 90% of today's Dubai has been built in this short time and it continues with many new spectacular projects such as the new Museum of the Future, a great building. Dubai has a certain extra and the ever changing streetscape is certainly one of them. The fascinating skyline gets a new skyscraper almost every day.

Impressive hotel buildings, skyscraper facades shining in the sun, imposing office towers and in between the highest free-standing building in the world, the Burj Khalifa with 828 meters, that is not everywhere so close together.
Also the largest mall in the world, the Dubai Mall, is a result of modern architecture with a lot of sophistication, the largest aquarium disc, a great waterfall over 3 floors, and last but not least an indoor ice skating rink, which is hard to believe, especially with the summer temperatures outside. And who is bored by that, there are still 1200 stores and many restaurants and coffees from all over the world. Here you can also best meet the local Emiratis, the ladies are always shopping and carrying many bags of the famous designers and the men are sitting comfortably in the coffees and enjoy the sight of the international clientele.

One of the most famous neighborhoods is the famous Dubai Marina, where they have built as many buildings as possible on the waterfront, so that you can drive your yacht right in front of your house. (We also offer various boat tours through the marina see Dhow dinner cruise ) A special highlight is certainly Palm Jumeirah, a real wonder of an island built on 5 km into the sea in the shape of a palm tree, where hotels, villas and apartment buildings are lined up. Also here are many places for breathtaking photos, not only of the famous Atlantis Hotel. (here a visit can be arranged with short coffee in the lobby with a visit to the large aquarium).
